Hi, I’m Marol, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over ten years of experience. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in a difficult place, I’m here to help you find your way forward. My approach is about working with the whole person—understanding not just the symptoms but who you are as a person and what you need to feel better.

I’ve worked with many young adults, helping them manage depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other challenges that can make life feel harder than it should. Whether you’re dealing with stress from school, navigating relationships, or struggling to find balance in life, I’m here to offer support. I also provide care to the LGBTQ+ community and understand the unique challenges you may be facing.

In our sessions, we’ll work together to create a plan that fits you. I can prescribe medication if that’s part of what you need, and I also use therapeutic techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and coping skills to help you feel more in control. I believe everyone has strengths, and my goal is to help you tap into those strengths so you can handle whatever life throws at you.

You don’t have to go through this alone. I’m here to listen, understand, and support you as you take steps toward feeling better. If you’re ready to get started or even just want to talk about what you’re going through, I’m here when you’re ready.

In my downtime, I love listening to music, staying active, and traveling to new places. Originally from Estonia, I studied psychology before moving to the U.S. to pursue nursing. I’d be happy to meet with you and see how we can work together.
