Riverbend Counseling
Hi my name is Brandon! I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, teachers, and first responders who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and daily stressors. I am passionate about working with individuals entering college or the workforce, navigating life changes, or stress within their relationships.
Taking a strength-based and client centered approach working with clients to help them reach their desired goals. Blending Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, and Solution Focused Therapy while maintaining a focus on trauma-informed care. I aim to create a safe space that incorporates humor, reflection, and challenging clients to reach their goals.
While many of my sessions are held at the office or virtually, I do offer walk and talk sessions at Wompatuck State Park and surrounding trails. I invite you to reach out to me for more information on how we can work together to help you succeed in accomplishing your goals.
