Our outpatient practice is designed to (1) assess and provide immediate treatment to reduce and/or resolve the presenting issue, behavioral health, and/or psychosocial crises that patients are experiencing; (2) develop a patient-centered treatment plan that provides the best level of care to fit the patient needs; and (3) professionally coordinate the patient’s continuing care so that they can achieve long-term stability.
