Going to college means a lot of changes. Regardless of your age or stage of life there are many transitions which can bring on stress worry, and self-doubts. You may be wondering if there is something wrong, if you are as capable as you thought, and underlying concerns you never knew existed might be coming up due to stress. Whether you are seeking relief from long-term distress, hurt, trauma, anxiety, or you just need extra support through a difficult time, you are enough and you belong!

In this journey my goal is for you to feel empowered in life and be able to find the strength and joy you have been searching for. Together we will explore what works best for you. My purpose is to help you identify and achieve your goals in finding mental health wellness.

I specialize in anxiety, trauma, low self-worth & shame, and neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism). I offer a strength-based approach and I am LGBTQIA+ affirming.

Inclusivity and compassion are important to me as I offer support on your journey to healing. I look forward to working with you!
