College life can be exciting and overwhelming at the same time. Between classes, deadlines, social pressure, and figuring out who you’re becoming, it’s easy to feel anxious, burned out, or lost. Many students come to us when they’ve tried to push through on their own—but the stress, overthinking, or loneliness has left them wanting more.

Rising Calm Center specializes in helping students and young professionals find peace, confidence, and direction again. We’re not just talk —we integrate Christian faith, neuroscience, and practical tools to calm your nervous system and strengthen emotional resilience.

Our team supports students facing:
• Anxiety, panic, or racing thoughts
• Depression, self-worth, or perfectionism
• Relationship or family stress
• Social anxiety or low self-esteem
• Life transitions, identity, or faith questions

We blend biblical truth with evidence-based methods—CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma release exercises, and somatic regulation—to help you live with calm, clarity, and confidence. You’ll leave each session with understanding and real steps you can use in daily life.

We offer same-week appointments, in-person sessions near UF, and secure virtual counseling across Florida. Our sliding fee scale works with any insurance or student budget—because access to help shouldn’t add more stress.

Whether you’re trying to manage anxiety, find purpose, or strengthen your faith during this season, you don’t have to face it alone.

Reach out today for your free consultation. You can start feeling more grounded, focused, and confident this week.
