Riley Russell
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I work with athletes and high-achieving individuals who are used to pushing hard, performing well, and holding themselves to high standards, but who may also feel the weight of constant pressure, stress, or self-doubt. Whether you’re striving for your next goal, recovering from a setback, or trying to find balance outside of your sport or career, therapy offers space to reset and refocus. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in performance psychology. Together, we’ll identify mental blocks, strengthen your mindset, and help you reconnect with confidence, motivation, and purpose.
I specialize in supporting athletes, their teams, and high performers. Drawing from my experience as a former D1 athlete, I help clients overcome anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, and life stressors while building the resilience and focus needed to thrive in sport, work, and life.
Pushing limits is part of who you are—but even the strongest need space to recharge and refocus. I offer tools and strategies to help you manage pressure, build balance, and overcome challenges. Therapy isn’t easy, but it’s where real growth begins. Let’s work together to help you perform—and feel—at your best.
