I am looking forward to connecting with college-aged individuals who are beginning or continuing their therapy journey. I am pulled toward practicing therapy in this transitional phase of life because I know that young adulthood is filled with many questions about identity, friendship, self-esteem, relationships, classes, and careers. Awareness of individuality and childhood norms grows during his developmental phase, which can lead to experiencing many mental health symptoms. I believe in empowering each person to grow into the truest form of themselves and live life to the fullest. I utilize a trauma informed approach in my practice and tend to use modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, meditation, emotion-based therapy, EMDR, and IFS.
I currently work at Allow Therapy Partners in the Rockford Office. I love to do in person appointments and I am also available for virtual sessions. Please reach out! I am happily accepting new clients at this time.
