Are coping skills that worked in the past failing to make a difference or are now part of the problem? I believe that therapy can provide a unique space to work through difficult life experiences. My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive, collaborative space that fosters long-term change by helping you understand the underlying thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that get you off track and develop the skills to manage life's challenges.
We all have the ability to cultivate a meaningful life, one informed by your values and the things that matter. My approach is grounded in evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I integrate mindfulness, positive psychology, biofeedback, and humor in my approach to treatment.
