As a compassionate therapist, I am dedicated to supporting young adults through anxiety, depression, body image struggles, and various life transitions. I understand how hard this stage of life can feel, whether it be overwhelming emotions or heightened pressures. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space allowing individuals to be seen and heard.
I help clients explore the underlying causes of their struggles and develop effective tools for coping, healing, and growth. Learning to manage and navigate our emotions and behaviors is challenging, and I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where your strengths are acknowledged.
I utilize evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to guide clients in challenging their negative thought patterns and building a stronger sense of self. Through a collaborative approach, we can learn to reframe negative thinking and develop practical coping strategies to help manage emotions and anxiety. My goals also include helping individuals develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
