Welcome to restoring Hope counseling. I believe that everyone has the ability to grow and heal. As humans, we need connection and support through our journey. The purpose of therapy is to provide you with the opportunity to explore a variety of concerns related to your current situation. I work with clients through a collaborative therapeutic relationship that fosters acceptance, connection, and hope. Our past does not define us, but it does inform who we are today. I Specialized an empowering clients to find healing and renewal as you explore dynamics of the past and how they interact with the present.My practice consists of working with adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of issues including, but not limited to, relationship concerns, divorce, parenting issues, childhood abuse, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and trauma.
I utilize an integrative, attachment based, trauma informed, emotion-focused, experiential, relational model with an emphasis on mindfulness and self- compassion. I specialize in empowering clients to find healing and renewal by exploring the dynamics of the past and how they influence present thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors.
