Liz Vaughan LMHC

As a therapist, I focus on creating a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself and work through life’s challenges at your own pace. I have a background in supporting clients through a range of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and trauma. When I’m not working, you’ll find me petting my cats (Avo & Loki), getting out in nature, being with loved ones, or getting lost in an art project.

As a therapist, I tailor sessions to meet the unique needs of each client. In sessions, I focus on creating a good vibe while helping to explore strategies to help you cope or work toward your goals.
I am part of a therapy practice called Resolute Mental Health, which has a dedicated team available to help with insurance and administrative support. We also offer psychiatry services at Resolute if a referral is needed!
