If you are struggling with intense anxiety in your life due to the overwhelming amount of hardship that college, the workforce, and relationships bring- I am here to help you navigate those obstacles so they don't feel as heavy. I help you lift some of the burden so you can focus on being more productive in a more positive way. I want you to feel successful in your life. You have the ability to take control and be happy with your outcomes, I simply help you see it. College and grad school is not easy, and you still have to put time and efforts into your relationships as well as your job. Sometimes this can feel like a daunting task to please everyone around you while making sure YOU are taken care of.

Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
