I am a licensed professional counselor based in Houston, Texas, with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. My background includes 10 years as a high school guidance counselor and 5 years in private practice, where I’ve had the privilege of working with adolescents, couples, and adults from diverse backgrounds.

My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship and marital concerns, domestic violence, self-harm, and stress management. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. Whether you're navigating a personal crisis, seeking to strengthen your relationships, or simply looking for support, I bring compassion, professionalism, and evidence-based strategies to help you meet your goals.
