Resilience Within Therapy

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Accepting clients Last Updated 12 days ago

I am an EMDR Certified and IFS Institute level 1 trained psychotherapist who specializes in treating those impacted by trauma and adult survivors of childhood or narcissistic abuse. If you can relate, or face the ensuing challenges such as anxiety, depression, triggers, grief, low self-esteem, or relationship issues, please don't suffer in silence. Although these experiences can feel isolating and be frightening to navigate, healing is possible. I hold the belief that everyone possesses the inner strength to overcome difficult situations, but sometimes they just need a little support in getting there. That's where my job begins.

I offer a direct, yet highly supportive environment where you can openly share your thoughts and delve into difficult topics without fear of judgment. I am trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities, and I integrate them to cater to your individual needs. My clients leave our sessions feeling heard, valued, and assured that they have an advocate.

Want to learn more? Please reach out. Taking the first step can feel daunting, however I bring extensive experience working with individuals, couples and families. Many relationship challenges stem from past attachment issues that affect present connections. I am here to provide the support you need should you decide to proceed.
