At Resilience Therapy, we work with young adults who are done just getting by and ready to actually feel better. We specialize in anxiety, OCD, ADHD, perfectionism, and body image — and we bring a no-judgment, no-sugarcoating approach to all of it.
We provide telehealth and in-person services in NY, and telehealth in NJ, CT, FL, PA, MA, ME, CO, TX, IL, VA, SC, VT, AK, and DE. While some of our providers accept insurance, we are largely out-of-network and provide superbills for reimbursement. We also offer a sliding scale. Reach out — we'll help you figure out the details.
*INSURANCE* While we are largely an Out Of Network Practice, we do have some clinicians that accept limited insurance. We offer a superbill to be submitted to insurance for reimbursement and will assist in verifying benefits. We additionally offer a sliding scale rate. Please reach out to learn more.
