Hello! I am a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor. I have specialized training in trauma, EMDR trained, and trained in trauma informed weightlifting. I provide individual, couple and family counseling for adults, adolescents, and children through an evidence-based approach. I offer in person sessions in Marysville and telehealth sessions in Michigan.
Issues addressed are ADHD, history of trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, abuse/neglect, and family matters.
