Hello, I’m Carmen Ziers. I am a licensed therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals and couples heal from the pain of past trauma and step into lives filled with greater peace, strength, and connection.

My specialty is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful and proven approach that supports healing at its core. Through EMDR and other therapeutic methods, I walk alongside my clients as they release old wounds and rediscover their inner resilience.

In our work together, I provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can share openly and feel truly heard.
