Welcome. I’m Dr. Resham Gellatly.

I support clients in creating meaningful and sustainable change by using a warm, evidence-based approach that emphasizes strengths, creating space to explore longstanding patterns and learn new tools to live more fulfilling lives through individually-tailored treatment. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, stress- and trauma-related disorders, and emotion regulation challenges.
