ReNeaSha Ford
Many of my clients are used to being the “strong one” — the person everyone relies on while they quietly carry stress, anxiety, burnout, or self-doubt on their own. On the outside, they may look like they have it together, but internally, they often feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or exhausted from constantly trying to meet expectations.
Many are navigating major life transitions that come with college and early adulthood: relationship struggles, identity exploration, family pressure, perfectionism, boundaries, intimacy concerns, trauma, or figuring out who they are outside of what others expect from them. Some are healing from environments where their emotions, needs, or identity were dismissed or misunderstood. Others are learning how to reconnect with themselves more honestly and build relationships that feel safe, authentic, and fulfilling.
I work best with clients who are thoughtful, self-aware, and ready to understand themselves better — even if they’re not fully sure where to start yet.
