Are you wanting to be more present, more engaged and more at peace in your life? Do you feel anxiety or stress has overtaken your life? Life can feel really hard at times. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, difficult life transitions, relationships, or feeling unfulfilled in your life, you do not need to walk alone in your pain any longer. Through partnering with me, we will work through the feelings of overwhelm to help you gain insight, cultivate strength, and develop coping skills to provide you with the tools to manage difficult emotions, interpersonal relationships, or life transitions.

Together we'll work towards helping you know yourself more deeply so that you can feel more connected to yourself and those who are most important to you. As your therapist, it is my hope that you feel safe, heard, and completely seen. Through a person- centered approach, I aim to help you find a balance between change and acceptance.

I specialize in working with young adults, young moms and adolescents (ages 13-35). It would be a privilege to support you in your mental health journey. With evening and daytime availability and with the option for either in person (The Highlands - off Speer and I25) or online sessions, I want to make therapy convenient for you!
