Rema Tahir

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Accepting clients Last Updated 2 days ago

My clients are professionals at every stage of life navigating burnout, identity, relationships, cultural expectations, and the weight of always showing up for others. I draw on CBT, narrative, and strengths-based approaches that are always adapted to who you are and where you come from. My goal is to help you find what already works in you and build from there.
I am a multilingual (English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi) clinical social worker with experience supporting people navigating life transitions across diverse cultural contexts. I specialize in working with individuals facing the particular pressures of their field, from burnout and boundary-setting to identity and belonging.
