Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

My approach to therapy focuses on the person as an individual and how they live and respond in their environment. During these challenging times, often anxiety and sadness emerge or intensify. Acquiring tools to manage these emotions and the behaviors that often accompany them, is a focus of the work I do with students and young adults. I provide individual therapy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavior Modification, Motivational Interviewing and supportive counseling approaches in a respectful, affirming and culturally sensitive manner.
