Reflection Point Counseling

Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPC, LCMHC, NCC
Accepting clients Last Updated 29 days ago

I'm Nick and I specialize in supporting clients with anxiety, grief, trauma/PTSD, and depression.

Treatment is personalized to each client, but draws from evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, ACT, and CBT.

Every client’s needs are different, so no two sessions look exactly alike. There are still some constants you can expect to see across all therapy meetings with me:

-Therapy in a relaxed and collaborative manner
-Treatment that’s personalized to you

-Support that draws from evidence based techniques

-Topics that are typically difficult feel more manageable to discuss

I value the benefits of in-person meetings in a world that is increasingly remote. I strives to understand who you are beyond the mental health difficulties you face.

Clients have described my therapeutic style as warm, involved, curious, and attentive.

Please reach out if you would like to learn more about me, my approach, or the practice. I offer free 15-minute consultations to ensure a good fit before moving forward.
