My name is Dr. Jennifer Kasey and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in TN and VA, and I am credentialed in all 39 PsyPact states through the American Psychological Association.

Redirection Counseling Services, LLC started from a place of wanting to help people navigate times of uncertainty, change, and transition. I serve adults and adolescents (ages 15+) of all backgrounds and identities who experience a myriad of presenting concerns. Clinically, I offer evidence-based individual psychotherapy treatment to adults and adolescents, couples counseling, and coaching to leaders and athletes.

Clients who would be a fit with my clinical areas of expertise and interest would be those who are dealing with the following concerns:

- Managing anxiety and/or depression (mild to moderate in severity)
- Navigating difficult relationships with family, peers, and romantic partners
- Recovering from trauma, including race-based trauma, combat, and sexual trauma
- Boundary setting and assertive communication skill-building
- Dismantling internalized negative biases, isms, and stigma
- Decreasing burnout and work stress
- Enhancing communication within romantic partnerships
- Striving for a change in their personal or professional life
- Exploring identity related issues including cultural and sexual identity
- Seeking to learn effective coping strategies

I also have experience working with professionals in helping them develop their leadership skills, work/life balance, and build effective communication skills. Additionally, I am passionate about issues of diversity and have almost 2 decades of experience in teaching about and/or leading training and workshops on mental health and cultural sensitivity.

Currently, I offer virtual appointments Monday through Thursday from 9AM to 5PM. Telehealth appointments are offered through a secure and HIPAA compliant platform that is user friendly and increases access to care.
