We know how hard it can be to ask for help thats why we do our best treat your unique needs while creating and environment of safety and warmth. We are a team of eating disorders experts all trained in different modalities and techniques. Out most common modalities are trauma and DBT informed care but truly do our best to meet clients where they are at. We also are a team of fully recovered therapist we've been there we get it, and will help you get to a place of full recovery!
