Reclaiming Royalty
My name is Michael Whiteside, and I am a compassionate, communal, and comedic Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping others regain control of their life and living life to the fullest. Together, we will partner in helping you have a life worth living by understanding how the pain of the past is interrupting the present and jeopardizing the future.
During therapy (individual, couples, family, etc.), life coaching, and emotional support animal assessments, I utilize a combination of CBT, psychodynamic interpersonal, self-psychological, strengths-based, and ecological perspectives, I aim to help the client identify their greatest goals when addressing their traumas, fears, and psychological challenges. Together we investigate their past in order to understand how these past challenges are developing in the present and jeopardizing their future. I empower them to reclaim their inner power and live the life they desire, not simply the one they live.
