I offer Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR), which is effective for PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Beginning in February 2025, I will also offer Ketamine-assisted therapy (KAP). Website coming soon with more information, feel free to email me to learn more.
I also support college students of all levels with adjustment and relational concerns. No matter what you are hoping to get help with, I enjoy working with people who are motivated to take ownership of their lives, and willing to work together to create more ease, fulfillment and authenticity in their lives and relationships.
