At Rebirth, we understand that college can be exciting, but it can also come with a lot—trying to balance classes, work, relationships, family responsibilities, finances, and figuring out what’s next in life. Our goal is to create a comfortable and supportive space where students can talk openly about stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed. We provide therapy for individuals ages 12 and up, with both virtual and in-office options to make getting support a little easier. Most importantly, we want college students to know that you don’t have to wait until things become too much before reaching out for support.
