I support LGBTQIA+ students navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, and identity exploration, including gender and cultural identity. My approach is collaborative and adaptive, drawing from CBT, ACT, DBT, and attachment-based practices to find what works best for you. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally responsive, and committed to supporting neurodivergent and disabled students. Together, we'll build coping skills, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
