I support young adults in healing from trauma, managing anxiety and depression, and discovering who you are and want to be.
I enjoy working with college students, helping you sort out new experiences and relationships, juggle school, work, and financial responsibilities, while also making sense of your family background.
My approach is gentle, compassionate, and respectful of you and your process.
In addition to in person and telehealth sessions, I also offer walking sessions and sessions in nature. My office is located near the MSU campus.
