My approach is always client-centered; I'm mindful that the most important part of change is a strong client-therapist relationship and rapport. I use a few modalities including DBT and CBT, and I approach all care from a trauma-informed lens. I am also a therapist who isn’t afraid to use humor, especially when it can feel like laughing is all we can do.
