We utilize the core pillars of DBT—Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness—to help you handle intense emotions and navigate relationships with confidence. By integrating EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we can process past trauma and understand the different parts of your identity that may be stuck in old, protective patterns.

We also use CBT to identify and shift the negative thought loops that keep you feeling anxious or stuck. Whether you are a student trying to find your footing or an adult navigating a complex recovery, our work is a collaborative partnership designed to enhance your strengths. My office provides a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement and we will assist you in verifying your benefits to make the process as seamless as possible.
