The most important relationship you will ever have is the one you hold with yourself, but navigating a major life transition or recovering from addiction can make that connection feel impossible. If you are living with the invisible weight of chronic pain or the burnout of high expectations, it is easy to feel like you are just managing your life rather than actually living it. I provide a direct, judgment free space where you do not have to carry that weight alone. We move past the survival phase to help you build a life that feels authentic and steady.

I provide real tools for real life. I do not believe in just talking about your problems, I believe in giving you the strategic tools to change them. I use a blend of evidence based therapies to create a toolkit that fits your actual daily reality. We utilize the core pillars of DBT—Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness—to help you handle intense emotions and navigate relationships with confidence. By integrating EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we can process past trauma and understand the different parts of your identity that may be stuck in old, protective patterns.

We also use CBT to identify and shift the negative thought loops that keep you feeling anxious or stuck. Whether you are a student trying to find your footing or an adult navigating a complex recovery, our work is a collaborative partnership designed to enhance your strengths. We focus on building the resilience you need to stop over-functioning and start living. You do not have to wait for a crisis to prioritize your well-being. Let us work together to build a foundation of stability that lasts.

*Insurance & Fees* I am in-network with Northwell Direct. For all other major insurance companies, I am an out of network provider. My office provides a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement and we will assist you in verifying your benefits to make the process as seamless as possible. I also offer a sliding scale rate for those in need. Please reach out to learn more about how we can start this work.
