I am a therapist who specializes in somatic therapy, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ issues, and trauma. I believe that everyone has the capacity for healing and that expressive arts therapy can be a powerful tool for accessing and processing difficult emotions. I have been working with survivors of trauma for over 7 years, and I have seen firsthand the transformative power of somatic therapy. When people are able to attune to their body, they are able to connect with their emotions in a new way, and are able to release trauma and begin to heal.
