I believe that healing often begins in a safe therapeutic relationship. This place is where we encounter empathy and understanding, steps toward feeling whole and finding lasting fulfillment. My sessions are tailored to your individual needs. Using a person-centered approach, we’ll blend talk therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

We will take a holistic approach to your healing, bringing a faith based approach for those that it’s important to. We’ll reflect on early experiences, examine present challenges, and work together on this path of healing. You can find a warm, genuine space where we can share moments of laughter amid the emotions.
