I work with you to identify and change unhealthy thoughts and behaviors while providing ongoing clear feedback and guidance in a supportive and nonjudgmental manner. As a cognitive-behavioral psychologist, I use research-based treatment techniques while tailoring therapy to your unique needs and circumstances.
