Rebecca Kim
We all need spaces where we can show up as our full, authentic selves—messy, complex, and human. Therapy can be that space: a place where we can slow down together, reflect, and explore what healing and growth might look like for you. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship challenges. My approach is deeply relational—grounded in empathy, respect, and a commitment to understanding your unique story. In our work together, we'll explore what’s been holding you back and what’s helped you get through, always focusing on what feels most meaningful and supportive for you.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, DBT, relational, somatic, and psychodynamic techniques, and I tailor our work to what best supports you.
Healing happens in connection, and in our work together, I’ll meet you with care, curiosity, and a focus on what might be possible as we explore a path toward more ease, trust, and connection in your life. If you're curious about starting therapy, please reach out. I’d love to connect and explore what healing and growth could look like for you!
