Dr. Jedel has over 20 years of experience helping students and university staff work through life's difficult challenges. She works with young adults to help them develop soutions to the unique challenges of college life both on and off campus.
Dr. Jedel approaches her work with a short-term, problem focused model, helping her clients resolve the specific issues they are seeking for. She understands, however, that many university students have many complex relationships that effect many facets of their lives. By carefully understanding the various intersecting identities and difficulties her clients experience, Dr. Jedel can help her clients gain a more comprehensive perspective of themselves and dive gently into resolving deeper issues.
