Rebecca Hammett
Hi there! I’m a licensed therapist with a Master’s in Social Work and six years of experience supporting adolescents and young adults. I believe that many of the challenges people bring to therapy, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship stress, or feeling stuck, often connect to earlier experiences, unmet needs, or stress that hasn’t had space to be processed yet.
My approach is all about creating a safe and compassionate space where you can show up as you are, and feel heard and supported as we work together to uncover and heal those deeper wounds. I am rooted in attachment-based theory and person-centered in my style, using a mix of trauma-informed approaches including creative and art-based interventions, as well as EMDR.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with self-doubt, navigating relationships, or just wanting to understand yourself on a deeper level, I’m here to support you and walk alongside you as you build clarity, confidence, and healing.
