*TRI-META COUNSELING is a group practice in Montclair, NJ. We are currently able to accept new telehealth and in-person clients. All available therapists accept sliding scale.*
Our goal is to create a safe space where everyone can feel heard and validated. We have experience treating depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief, and transitional issues.
We have extensive experience working with the LGBT community. Challenges for LGBT individuals & families can be far reaching, and it is our goal to allow space to explore and manage these.
