Rebecca Giagnacova, Psy.D.
Hello, I offer Individual psychotherapy for adults. My practice is completely virtual. Clients and colleagues alike describe me as warm, respectful to others, and a good listener. I have a lot of training and practice experience working with folks from all walks of life, dealing with anything from stress with a roommate to dealing with loss, change, violence, abuse, job hunting, identity development, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
I center my clients' lived experience and tailor treatment to meet each individual's needs.
I identify as a person from marginalized identity groups and I embrace intersectionality of identities and let each person introduce themselves to me. I trust that people will let me know what aspects of identity are important to them or they wish to share as they feel comfortable and safe.
Asking for help and support is hard - I want each person to be well-met with respect and excellent care.
Inclusive, welcoming, affirming practice.
