Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Licensed Professional Counselors
  • Marriage & Family Therapists
  • Pre-Licensed Professionals

I am so excited to offer both counseling and clinical supervision services within my practice. I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist. I have worked extensively in community behavioral health settings and have a wealth of experience to share with licensee's. I believe that people are resilient and that being alongside a person through their own individual journey is a sacred honor. I work with clients to strengthen and foster healing, growth, health and wellness. My theoretical framework is person centered and I tailor my interventions to the individual client.
I have a passion for assisting my clients to reach a state of peacefulness after years of battling their bodies. To actively live everyday with compassion and love for their body, mind and spirit. To heal, be present and take joy in being alive as a perfectly imperfect human being. I use a HAES (health at every size) approach.
I work from a positive psychology and trauma informed lens and I use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and motivational interviewing. I hold unconditional positive regard for all people and strive to create a healing environment that is safe, accepting and affirming.
