Rebecca Erban de la Vega
Dr. Erban is a bilingual English-Spanish licensed clinical psychologist who obtained her B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Tufts University and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium. She received clinical training in the Stanford University Bipolar Disorders Clinic, UCSF AIDS Health Project, and Marin County Department of Health and Human Services. She completed her internship at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services and postdoctoral fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in the Behavioral Medicine track. She previously worked at UCLA Counseling and Psychological Services and in the New York Presbyterian - Columbia University Medical Center Washington Heights Youth Anxiety Center.
Dr. Erban provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults. She has received extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Time Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy (TLDP). She incorporates positive psychology, mindfulness and acceptance-based skills into sessions.

She focuses on providing flexible, effective evidence based treatments that provide symptom reduction and foster strengths.
