Hello, I'm Becky. I've had the privilege of working in the Behavioral Health field with children and their families for 15 years, across a variety of settings. About 5 years into my career, I experienced a pivotal moment when a caregiver, through tears, grabbed my arm and said, 'Thank you for giving us hope that this can get better.' That powerful four-letter word, HOPE, is what I strive to inspire in each and every client I work with.

Our journey together is uniquely yours, and I utilize a variety of approaches and techniques tailored to each individual case and its specific needs. Whether you're dealing with anger management, ADHD, autism spectrum support, bipolar disorder, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, life transitions, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, children's mental/behavioral health, trauma, or anxiety, I'm here to support you.

I believe in walking side by side with each client, helping them uncover their potential and supporting their goals. My approach is deeply rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and my role is to facilitate that process with empathy and understanding.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with an MA, my professional background equips me to handle a wide range of mental health challenges. But beyond my credentials, it's my commitment to fostering a hopeful and supportive environment that truly defines my practice.

If you're ready to take the next step towards a brighter future, I'm here to help. Let's embark on this journey together and find the hope and healing you deserve.
