Often those of us who care for others, need help learning how to care for ourselves. No stressor or concern is ever too big or too small to conquer together. I'm here to be a safe place for you to vent, process ideas, get a different perspective, and learn some useful tools along the way. I have worked in outpatient settings, inpatient behavioral health, crisis work within the emergency department, and child welfare.
