I am the co-founder and psychotherapist of Reaching Resilience Therapy, a private therapy practice in New York City specializing in trauma, loss, grief, immigration, advocacy, mindfulness & strength based services with adults, adolescents, and children. I provide virtual therapy for New York and Florida residents.
We at Reaching Resilience Therapy believe in meeting clients where they are at and supporting individuals and families of all communities, regardless of immigration status. We believe in equitable, collaborative, and humanistic mental health treatment. Also, we take a holistic approach to each client to ensure their needs and goals are met.
We believe that every individual has innate resilience and strength. My role is to empower our clients in recognizing these qualities in order to improve their relationships, functioning, and overall well-being.
