Raysa is a bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed professional counselor who uses cultural humility and an empathetic and individualized approach to help humans navigate their current life issues or stressors. One of the goals of therapy is to help individuals attain the personal growth they strive to achieve. Raysa has previous experience working in multiple settings, including in-home services, crisis interventions, outpatient services, and school-based behavioral health. Raysa is in the process of obtaining her Ph.D. in Counseling.
I use a variety of theories and techniques to cater to the client’s needs. I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults utilizing evidence and strength-based approaches. I will assist you in learning skills to manage stressors, life changes, and relationships.
