I’m Rashida Dinehart, a student clinician currently pursuing my Master of Social Work at Saint Louis University. Rooted in both lived experience and academic training, I bring a compassionate, grief-informed lens to my work. As a student therapist, I support children, teens, and families navigating complex grief, trauma, and life transitions—especially those impacted by loss, ADHD, and disrupted caregiving. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in each client’s unique story. I believe healing happens in relationship, and I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they make meaning and find hope in the midst of pain.
