Hi, I'm Randi (Dr. Miranda Altman),
Welcome to my profile.
I'm a skilled clinician with a Doctorate in Psychology and a Master's in Social Work, who primarily works with Gen Z, Alpha, and Millennial clients.

In my work, I begin from the following perspectives:
• Acknowledging that you are in pain

• Deciding to do something about it

• Initiating transformation by working with a
trained therapist to become more aware

• Experiencing the positive impact of
transformation

My passion for treatment stems from my role as the director of counseling and mental health at a college. Concurrently, I was also an assistant professor in the psychology department.

I anchor our work together in your free will to decide what you want to talk about, and when you are ready to share your history. I have expertise in the vicissitudes of trauma and understand the imperatives related to accommodation and medical leave.

I embrace hopefulness while also validating your concerns. My approach is collaborative; I see you as the expert of your own journey.

Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions you have.

Best to you,
Dr. Randi Altman, Psy.D., LCSW, MSW
