Hi, I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who understands that seeking support can feel overwhelming. I provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood-related challenges. Together, we create a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs, whether that includes medication, therapy, or both. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel empowered and balanced.
You do not need to have everything figured out before we begin. I will meet you where you are and listen first. I believe in working alongside you rather than directing your care. Many clients share they feel comfortable opening up in a supportive, respectful, and judgment-free space.
Our work begins with getting to know each other and understanding what brought you in. We set goals together and build a plan tailored to your needs. In follow-up sessions, we review progress, adjust as needed, and recognize growth so you feel supported throughout your journey.
