Raintree Counseling PLLC
College can be hard. Many students are trying to balance classes, homework, jobs, money worries, family expectations, friendships, relationships, and the pressure to figure out the future. It can feel exhausting to keep showing up when you feel stressed, anxious, sad, overwhelmed, distracted, stuck in repeated worries, or unsure of yourself. You do not have to handle all of that alone. I work with students in a calm, supportive way to help life feel more manageable. Together, we can slow things down, understand what is getting in the way, and build simple tools you can use in everyday life. Through CBT, I help students notice unhelpful thoughts, such as expecting the worst or blaming themselves, and practice more balanced ways of thinking. With DBT, I support students in managing strong emotions, coping with stress, communicating clearly, and building healthier relationships. I also help students work on symptoms of OCD, ADHD, and trauma, including repeated thoughts, compulsive habits, trouble focusing, disorganization, restlessness, and PTSD symptoms. My goal is to help students build confidence, self-esteem, and realistic goals that feel meaningful and possible.
